Return & Replacement Policy

At Forsun, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacement requests are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included.

  • Customized or engraved jewellery is not eligible for replacement.

  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.


2. Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused after delivery


3. Replacement Process

To initiate a replacement request:

  • Contact us at support@forsun.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.

  • Our team will verify the request.

  • Once approved, replacement instructions will be shared.

⚠️ Replacement requests without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Replacement Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

  • Forsun is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments sent by the customer.


5. No Refund Policy (Important)

  • Forsun does NOT offer refunds.

  • Once a product is sold, payment will not be returned in any case.

  • Only replacement will be provided for eligible cases.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images/videos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement only.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

  • No refund will be issued for cancelled or shipped orders.


8. Refund Delays

  • Since refunds are not applicable, this policy does not apply.

  • For any concerns related to replacement status, please contact our support team.
