- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping may be available in the future (updates will be mentioned on the website).
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable).
- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional charges.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your shipment in real time.
6. Secure Packaging
All Forsun jewellery is packed in safe, tamper-proof, and protective packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
7. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- Forsun is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient.
- If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with:
- Do not accept the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package.
9. Change or Cancellation of Shipping Address
- Address changes are possible only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed
